This policy explains how Krafts, Inc. (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the website at relinka.krafts-ai.com (the “Site”). It is separate from how the Relinka plugin behaves on your own WordPress install — see “The Relinka plugin” below.

What we collect

  • Things you send us. If you email us (for example at hello@krafts-ai.com), we receive your message and address so we can reply.
  • Basic analytics. Like most sites, we may collect aggregate, non-identifying usage data (pages visited, approximate region, device type) to understand what’s useful and fix what isn’t. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
  • Essential cookies. Cookies needed for the Site to function and for any analytics noted above. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

To answer your messages, keep the Site working and secure, and improve our content and product. That’s it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the Site — for example our web host and analytics provider — and only as far as needed to provide their service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep email correspondence as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable record-keeping, and aggregate analytics for a limited period. You can ask us to delete correspondence you’ve sent us.

Your choices

You can email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can block cookies in your browser; essential features may then not work.

The Relinka plugin

The free Relinka plugin runs entirely on your own WordPress server. It does not require an account or API key, and it does not send your content, links, or analytics to us or to any third party. Your site’s data stays on your site. (Pro features that use third-party AI are clearly marked and opt-in; they are not part of the free plugin.)
